Erik Finman, self-described Bitcoin millionaire, has created his own smartphone called the Freedom Phone. Although the name might sound familiar, this phone is completely new and uncensored. It promotes privacy and free speech. The smartphone was announced by Erik via his official Twitter account and has sparked a new debate. The smartphone is designed to challenge Big Tech’s restrictions and give you back your freedom.
Freedom phone’s website states that Erik’s invention includes features such as tracking blockers and uncensored app stores. According to Freedom phone’s website, the device comes with its own app store that allows you to read and watch any content you like without having to be censored. You can access and download apps that are blocked on other app stores, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Erik shared a video on social networking explaining that the operating system on his phone is based on freedom of speech. The phone will be equipped with a Privacy Guard called Trust that reportedly warns users when their devices are being tracked or spied upon. Freedom phone is a platform that allows free communication to be made possible by Big Tech. However, it is also a great phone.
Freedom Phone will be available August
Freedom Phone will be available for purchase starting in August at $499.99. The company has not revealed any details about Freedom Phone, but it is interesting. The phone will have a 6-inch screen and a ‘Great Camera’. The specifications of the camera are not mentioned.
Freedom Phone comes with lots storage and FreedomOS software. What is the price? We are still not sure. Finman claims that the Freedom Phone does everything your current phone does except spy on you and censor you.
The phone claims that it does not track apps, keyboards or location.
